Please read these terms carefully before engaging FlowForge Revenue for any service. By submitting a form, requesting a diagnosis, or entering into a paid engagement, you agree to these terms.
FlowForge Revenue is a revenue engineering firm providing funnel audit, revenue leak identification, conversion optimization, and implementation services exclusively to B2B fintech and payment infrastructure companies. All services are provided by Ifiok Udoma operating as FlowForge Revenue.
Our website is located at flowforgerevenue.solutions. Our primary contact email is hello@flowforgerevenue.solutions.
FlowForge Revenue provides the following services:
Service scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each paid engagement are confirmed in writing via email before any payment is processed.
All engagements follow this process:
No work begins and no payment is due until both parties have confirmed the scope of the engagement in writing.
All paid engagements are structured 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. You never pay the full amount before receiving and accepting the completed work.
Payments are processed via bank transfer or payment link sent directly to the client by email. Payment details are provided in the invoice. FlowForge Revenue does not store card or banking information.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The first payment (50% upfront) is non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is considered commenced when FlowForge Revenue has begun the audit, research, or implementation activities agreed in scope.
The second payment (50% on delivery) is not due until the client has reviewed and accepted the deliverables. If the deliverables do not meet the agreed scope, FlowForge Revenue will revise the work before the second payment is requested.
If FlowForge Revenue is unable to complete the agreed deliverables due to circumstances within our control, a proportional refund of the first payment will be issued.
The Free Revenue Leak Diagnosis is provided at no cost and no refund applies.
Timelines may be extended if the client does not provide required data, access, or approvals within agreed timeframes. FlowForge Revenue will communicate any timeline changes in writing as soon as they are identified.
To enable FlowForge Revenue to deliver the agreed services, the client agrees to:
FlowForge Revenue is not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide information or approvals within agreed timeframes.
FlowForge Revenue treats all client information — including business data, funnel metrics, revenue figures, product details, and any other information shared during an engagement — as strictly confidential.
We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to any third party without explicit written consent from the client, except where required by law.
Clients may request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive information. FlowForge Revenue is willing to sign a mutual NDA for any paid engagement.
The independent audit work published on our website (flowforgerevenue.solutions/work and flowforgerevenue.solutions/research) was conducted without client engagement or data access. No confidential client information is published or implied in any public audit work.
Upon receipt of full payment for a completed engagement, the client owns all deliverables produced specifically for their engagement — including written findings, funnel rewrites, messaging documents, and implementation assets.
FlowForge Revenue retains the right to reference the type, scope, and general outcomes of completed engagements for marketing and case study purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing. No client-identifying information will be published without written permission.
The FlowForge Revenue methodology, frameworks, templates, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of FlowForge Revenue regardless of client engagement.
Important: All revenue impact figures quoted on this website — including illustrative dollar estimates in audit reports, case studies, and the Research Library — are estimates based on industry benchmarks and assumptions. They are not guarantees of specific outcomes.
FlowForge Revenue provides revenue engineering services based on evidence, methodology, and expertise. Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including client traffic volume, market conditions, product-market fit, implementation speed, and competitive landscape.
FlowForge Revenue does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes from any engagement. We commit to rigorous methodology, transparent reporting, and honest communication about results — positive or negative.
FlowForge Revenue's total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
FlowForge Revenue is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or revenue — arising from any engagement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Either party may terminate a paid engagement by providing written notice via email. The following applies upon termination:
FlowForge Revenue collects the following information through website forms: name, company, email address, role, website, monthly payment volume, and any additional details voluntarily provided. This information is used solely to:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Form submissions are stored securely and are accessible only to FlowForge Revenue.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@flowforgerevenue.solutions.
FlowForge Revenue may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For any active paid engagements, the terms in place at the time the engagement was confirmed in writing apply for the duration of that engagement.
These terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication via email before pursuing any formal legal process.
For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration as the preferred resolution mechanism.
